Welcome to True North Solar Advisory (TNSA). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your engagement of our advisory and consulting services ("Services"). By accessing our materials or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Description of Services: True North Solar Advisors (TNSA) provides independent, client-focused advisory and consulting services. Our Services are strictly limited to providing analysis, guidance, and unbiased recommendations to help clients make informed decisions regarding solar energy projects.This may include, but is not limited to, solar feasibility assessments, financial modeling, review of vendor proposals, and general project guidance.
Scope of Services and Key Limitations: TNSA’s role is exclusively that of an advisor. To ensure clarity and protect our clients, you acknowledge and agree to the following:•No Equipment Sales or Installation: TNSA does not sell, distribute, supply, or install any solar equipment, panels, inverters, or related hardware. We are not a solar vendor, contractor, or installer.•Advisory Only: Our Services are limited to the advisory and consulting work outlined in our service agreement. We do not perform engineering, electrical work, physical installation, or project management.•Third-Party Vendors: Any contract for the purchase or installation of a solar system will be between you and a third-party vendor (e.g., an installer or supplier) of your choosing. TNSA is not a party to that agreement.
Our Independence and Impartiality: Our commitment is exclusively to you, our client.•No Vendor Payments: TNSA does not accept or receive any commissions, referral fees, kickbacks, or payments of any kind from any solar vendor, installer, or equipment manufacturer.
•Client-Paid Only: Our only compensation for Services is the fee paid directly by you, our client. This ensures our advice remains completely impartial and aligned with your best interests.## Fees and 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. You agree to pay TNSA for the Services as outlined in your invoice or service agreement. We stand by the quality of our advisory work. If you are not satisfied with our Services, you may request a full refund. All refund requests must be made in writing within 30 calendar days of the invoice date.
Warranties and Disclaimer: It is critical to understand the separation of warranties:
•TNSA Service Warranty: As stated above, TNSA provides a 30-day money-back guarantee on our advisory services.
•Product & Workmanship Warranties: TNSA provides no warranties for any physical equipment, products, or installation workmanship. All warranties for solar panels, inverters, racking, and installation labor are provided directly by the respective third-party solar vendor and/or equipment manufacturer you select. You must review and rely solely on the warranties provided by that vendor.
Limitation of Liability: TNSA provides analysis and recommendations based on information provided by you and third-party vendors. While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for the performance, acts, omissions, or failures of any third-party vendor you hire. Our liability in connection with our Services is strictly limited to the total fees you paid to TNSA for those Services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost savings or system underperformance.
Modification of Terms: TNSA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued engagement of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
